Tobiloba Achudume

Researcher

Tobiloba Achudume is an International Relations and Security specialist with over a decade of experience researching international and intranational state conflicts, as well as the roles and influence of both state and non-state actors in these dynamics. She holds a PhD in International Relations and Diplomacy from the American Graduate School in Paris, France. Currently, she lectures at several institutions in France and serves as a researcher with 3PSMARS, an NGO dedicated to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.


Born in Ogun State, Nigeria, Tobiloba’s passion for international relations stems from a deep desire to represent her country positively on the global stage. She views politics and security as vital avenues for fostering peace, cooperation, and understanding among nations. Her academic journey reflects this commitment, beginning with her undergraduate studies in Benin, Nigeria, and continuing through her Master’s degree in Coventry, United Kingdom.


During her time in the UK, she volunteered with organizations such as the British Heart Foundation, and has since contributed her time to numerous charities and orphanages in both Nigeria and France.


Professionally, Tobiloba is passionate about analyzing global conflicts and exploring the political narratives that shape foreign policy decisions. Outside of her academic and research endeavors, she enjoys traveling to new cities and spending quiet evenings with a thought-provoking book.
