About
Valentine Vaslin-de Crevoisier
Born in 1980, Valentine Vaslin-de Crevoisier, a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and HEC, where she explored politics, geopolitics, and risk management, built a career dedicated to navigating complexity and leading impactful change on a global scale.
She began her career at Deloitte Consulting in Paris, developing strong expertise in project and change management. She then joined L’Oréal, where she led international HR and HRIS initiatives across more than 20 countries, redesigning systems and processes and strengthening her ability to operate across cultures and functions.
Valentine went on to spend nearly a decade at The Adecco Group, one of the world’s leading HR and staffing organizations. There, she rose to senior leadership roles—including SVP, Chief of Staff to the Global Business Unit President, and Global Transformation Lead. She drove multi-million-euro global programs across 40 countries, built shared service centers, and led the implementation of Adecco’s 0-touch delivery model. Her work was recognized by the Board of Directors for its measurable impact on productivity and organizational effectiveness.
In 2022, she joined Partners Group, a global private markets firm, first as Head of Transformation and PMO Service, and later as Chief of Staff to the CEO and President. She played a key role in corporate governance, strategy execution, and cultural alignment—launching the firm’s 2024–2026 strategic framework, reinforcing corporate values, and supporting operational excellence across private wealth and services.
In 2024, Valentine took an entrepreneurial step as Co-Managing Partner of Vf-squared, a Zurich-based consultancy specializing in PMO, transformation, and operational excellence. She now advises global companies on market penetration, front-to-back process redesign, and complex transformation initiatives.
Beyond her corporate work, Valentine is committed to mentoring young professionals and supporting women returning to the workforce through pro bono consulting. A certified coach and advocate for human development, she embodies a people-first leadership philosophy. Fluent in French and English, with strong knowledge of German and Spanish, she thrives in multicultural environments.
Across every role—consulting, corporate transformation, and entrepreneurship—Valentine remains guided by a core belief: that organizations and individuals can achieve extraordinary results when empowered to embrace change and unlock their full potential.
