Anna is a translator, interpreter, with a background in German and Japanese Studies from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Born in Barcelona in 1994, Anna has specialized in multimedia translation and multilingual communication through her Master’s Degrees from the Universidad de Cádiz and the University of Luxembourg. With over eight years of experience in operations within international travel, logistics, and health insurance, Anna brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work.
Her academic achievements include a BA thesis on translation in German TV advertising and a sociolinguistics MA thesis on promoting the Catalan language on social media, published by the Language Policy Documentation Center of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Recognized as the Catalan Sociolinguistics Society’s "Best New Talent," she combines a passion for language with practical expertise across marketing, SEO translation, content creation, and website development.
Fluent in seven languages, including English, German, French, Japanese, and Romanian, Anna is a native speaker of Catalan and Spanish. Since 2019, she has been based in Germany and working in Luxembourg as an international claims manager. Currently, she is focused on advancing her research and academic writing skills in translation and multicultural communication, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to full-time writing—a pursuit she believes to be the purest form of self-expression.
