Her work focuses on strengthening internal frameworks, ensuring intellectual property compliance, and supporting Arcadia’s partnerships and cross-border activities.

She brings extensive experience in international legal practice, commercial and regulatory matters, and legislative affairs. Prior to joining Arcadia, Luiza served as a Parliamentary Advisor in the Romanian Parliament, where she contributed to judicial reform, policy development, and institutional strengthening. Her background also includes advising on commercial disputes, regulatory alignment, and governance processes across both public and private sector environments.

Luiza’s expertise spans legal drafting, compliance frameworks, contract governance, and the integration of technology into legal and organisational processes. She is also engaged in strategic procurement and is further developing her specialisation in responsible sourcing and supplier governance within multinational contexts.
