Eduardo Engel

Born in 1980 Eduardo is a dual-qualified Common Law and Civil Law lawyer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in England and Wales and the Brazilian Bar Association, Eduardo brings a wealth of experience in both public and private sectors across multiple jurisdictions.

Eduardo began his career as legal counsel for the Brazilian government at an Institute of Technological Research, focusing on compliance and procurement to ensure transparent public contracting. He later transitioned to private practice at a prominent international law firm, where he collaborated on cross-border matters including trade finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), distribution agreements, and real estate.

In addition, Eduardo served as legal counsel for a multinational tech company, specializing in compliance and transactional support for software and consumer goods. He provided critical legal guidance on marketing, sales, and procurement contracts, meeting the comprehensive needs of an evolving business environment.
