Born in 1981 in Italy, Veronica is a dedicated professional currently residing in Portugal. She has a deep appreciation for the arts, with a passion for painting, classical dance—having practiced ballet—and literature.
Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Community Psychology. Her career began with a year-long internship in a community supporting addiction recovery, followed by years of volunteering at local organizations dedicated to youth development and assistance in her hometown.
Her enthusiasm for foreign languages and psycholinguistics led her to explore new cultural landscapes across Europe. Seeking international experience, Veronica moved to the UK, where she spent three years working as an educator in a community care home for young individuals with disabilities and autism. This role significantly strengthened her communication skills and deepened her commitment to improving the lives of those in need.
Keen to broaden her global experience, she later took on roles in different countries, expanding her cultural knowledge while working as a Team Manager and maintaining a strong interest in psychology and group dynamics.
With expertise in building trust, fostering communication, and mediating relationships, Veronica now serves as a Human Resources Recruitment Officer at Arcadia. In this role, she applies her extensive background in psychology and people management to enhance recruitment strategies and workplace engagement.
