Stephanye Almeida is a strategic HR and People leader with more than four years of international experience across the Netherlands, Brazil, and Switzerland. Throughout her career, she has supported global teams in progressive roles such as HR Specialist, Recruiter, People & Culture Coordinator, and Human Resources Associate Manager.

Currently at Arcadia, she collaborates closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen global HR operations, enhance recruitment quality, and implement scalable people processes within a fast-paced, remote environment. She also mentors international HR consultants, supports succession planning and DEI initiatives, and ensures compliance across multiple regions. Certified in Dutch Labour Law, she combines strong regulatory expertise with a practical, results-driven approach.

Stephanye also brings 2.5 years of global Learning and Development leadership experience, during which she led large-scale capability initiatives, developed competency frameworks, and implemented onboarding programs for more than 300 employees in multinational organizations.

Her professional background is further enriched by over six years of experience as a Psychologist, working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds around the world. This experience provides her with deep behavioral insight into leadership, performance, and organizational dynamics.
