Born in Shiraz, Iran, and currently based in Turku, Finland, Sara Mortazavi is a seasoned

administrative operations, human resources, and internal communications. She holds a Master of
Science in Accounting and has recently enhanced her qualifications with a Vocational
Qualification in Business Management in Finland.

She has worked across multicultural environments, developing strong expertise in internal
communications, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative project support. Throughout her
career, she has built effective communication and relationship management skills, gaining
valuable experience in cross-cultural collaboration and contributing to the achievement of
organizational objectives. Her work has included administrative coordination, information
management, content development, and process improvement, with a consistent focus on
leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency and teamwork.

Sara communicates fluently in English and Persian (Farsi) and is actively improving her German
