Kristina Gerasimova, a native of North Macedonia, has always been passionate about literature and human connections. With a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, she is an avid reader, passionate about analyzing and delving into the depths of literary works. Her academic journey continued with a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, where she honed her skills in understanding and managing people.
Kristina’s life is as dynamic as her career, waking up in a different port every day, embodying the spirit of adventure with her mobile home on the seas. This unique lifestyle has only fueled her love for exploring new places, and she never embarks on a journey without her trusty Nikon camera in hand, capturing the beauty of the world around her.
Her professional experience spans over two years in international recruiting and onboarding, where she has successfully navigated the complexities of bringing diverse talent on board. In addition to her HR expertise, Kristina has actively participated in many Erasmus training courses and youth exchanges, as well as volunteer work through the Erasmus EVS program, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and cultural exchange.
As she continues to grow in her HR career, Kristina is focused on gaining comprehensive experience across all facets of Human Resources. She is eager to bring her passion for people and her broad skill set to Arcadia, contributing to the organization’s mission and continuing her journey of professional and personal growth.
