Izabela is a dedicated professional with over 12 years of experience in Finance, Reporting, and Human Resources within multinational companies. Born in 1989 in Romania, she is passionate about people, development, and new ways of making the work environment a better place.

Throughout her studies, she explored the complex world of European affairs and international relations, as well as the human resources management through her master’s degree, all while being part of an NGO driven by one cause: peace and fulfillment of humankind’ potential. She focused on developing leadership potential through practical experiences in young people.

Izabela started her professional journey as a Human Resources intern and for the following years she experienced a mix of responsibilities in HR, reporting, and finance, where she became known for her empathy, desire to be useful to people, and remaining calm in fast-paced environments.

Her dream of contributing to a better world, made her pursue a career in HR where she strives to build a working environment that is focused on people and fair treatment.

She is a dedicated promoter of continual learning and pursued several certifications such as Business Communication, Career counselor and NLP practitioner, in order to gain more insight into the fascinating world of work relations and create meaningful experiences for her peers.
