Giacomina is an Italian professional with roots in the South of Italy and a passion for mental health and human connection. Her academic journey began with a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Bari, followed by a Master’s in Neuropsychology from the Università degli Studi di Torino. While her initial focus was on the complexities of the human mind, her curiosity about workplace dynamics led her to explore the field of Human Resources, culminating in an Executive Master’s degree.

Giacomina started her career as a recruiter in southern Italy, quickly discovering a talent for identifying and nurturing talent. Driven by a desire for international experience, she relocated to Portugal, where she honed her skills in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition in diverse, multicultural environments. This exposure not only enriched her professional expertise but also broadened her perspective on global workforce trends.

Currently working as a Technical Recruiter in Italy, Giacomina leverages her psychology background and HR expertise to connect individuals with opportunities that align with their strengths and aspirations. Her unique combination of empathy, analytical skills, and global experience makes her a valuable asset in the ever-evolving world of talent acquisition.
