Gary Clarke is an accomplished executive Learning and Talent leader with over 20 years of international experience in driving capability development, leadership effectiveness, and organisational transformation across a range of sectors. His career spans Business Process Outsourcing, Financial Services, Advanced Manufacturing and Material Handling, Aviation, and the Public Sector.

He has held senior leadership roles at Serco, BlackRock, Capita, Hyster-Yale, and Qatar Airways, in addition to serving as a senior officer in the military. Gary brings a strong combination of commercial acumen and deep expertise in learning strategy, talent development, and culture transformation, supporting organisations in building high-performing, future-ready workforces.

Gary holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, an MSc in Educational Technology from the University of Southampton, and an MA in Leadership from Henley Business School. He is also an alumnus of the Talent Management International programme and is currently completing a Certified Chief Master Coach qualification with ITD World, Malaysia.
