HR Recruitment Manager (Europe)

Gökçe Uslu is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over eight years of experience leading strategic talent acquisition and people development initiatives across global organizations in the logistics, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. She has a proven record of designing and executing data-driven recruitment strategies, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving organizational efficiency through innovative HR practices.

Most recently, she served as Talent Acquisition Lead for the IMETA region at Brambles/CHEP, a global leader in sustainable logistics. In this role, she successfully reduced time-to-fill by 40%, achieved a 95% candidate satisfaction rate, and played an instrumental role in aligning regional hiring strategies with global Workday standardization. She also launched the GROW Graduate Program, which nurtured emerging talent and achieved a 75% conversion rate of participants into permanent roles.

Prior to Brambles/CHEP, she held key HR positions at Beko/Arçelik, where she introduced advanced recruitment and assessment tools, developed robust talent pipelines, and led the Beko Mentoring Program, significantly increasing engagement and long-term employee development. Her earlier experience includes HR and executive support roles at Sandoz and Volvo Trucks, contributing to international recruitment operations, global collaboration, and strategic communication initiatives.

Gökçe holds dual Master’s degrees in Analytical Chemistry from Eötvös Loránd University (Hungary) and Hacettepe University (Turkey), along with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She has also completed extensive professional development programs in leadership, strategic HR management, and organizational learning.

Fluent in English and Turkish, with working knowledge of Italian, Gökçe brings a collaborative mindset, a global perspective, and a strong commitment to fostering equitable, human-centered talent practices that promote sustainable organizational growth.
