Ece Pehlivan is a People & Talent professional born in Bursa, Turkey, in 1998. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Boğaziçi University and a Master’s degree in Education and Developmental Psychology from the University of Padova. Her academic background in psychology and education has shaped her understanding of people, motivation, and development, complementing her work in talent acquisition and HR.
Her professional experience includes full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and HR operations. She has managed recruitment processes, reviewed high volumes of applications, and worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify and attract exceptional talent. Her background allows her to combine a people-focused perspective with a practical approach to building strong and effective teams.
Having completed an Erasmus exchange in the Netherlands and lived in Malta and Italy, Ece has developed a strong international outlook and an ability to communicate and collaborate comfortably across cultures. These experiences have strengthened her adaptability and deepened her interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
