Beena Rose Francis is a dedicated Human Resources professional from India, with a strong commitment to organizational efficiency, continuous improvement, and meaningful people-focused support. Her expertise spans Human Resource Management Systems, Recruitment and Onboarding, Database Management and Analysis, and optimizing operational processes to enhance workplace performance and collaboration.

Before joining Arcadia, Beena gained experience in both international and domestic environments. She served as a Business Support Administrator at Tetra Tech in Belfast, UK, and previously as an HR Executive Officer at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. She also completed an HR Specialist Internship with HyggeX Digital Services. During the pandemic, Beena co-founded an HR agency aimed at supporting job seekers, demonstrating her entrepreneurial initiative and dedication to community empowerment.

Beena holds an MBA (Merit, 2:1) from the University of Sunderland, London, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (with distinction) from Presidency College, Bangalore.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Beena enjoys expressing her creativity through art and craft. She is also deeply committed to volunteering, having supported children in orphanage settings. She has a passion for traveling and networking, driven by a desire to explore new cultures and build meaningful connections.
