Philippe Nguyen

Philippe Nguyen, born in 1964, is a seasoned global technology executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across multinational corporations, scale-ups, and digital transformation initiatives. Known for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership, Philippe has driven innovation and technological evolution in organizations spanning Europe, Asia, and the United States.

As Head of IT Division at ELCA Informatique SA, he led global IT operations, overseeing teams across Europe and Asia and managing strategic projects such as cloud migration, data center relocations, enterprise system integrations, and cybersecurity enhancements. He also played a pivotal role in vendor negotiations, saving hundreds of thousands in annual costs, while ensuring business continuity and digital resilience through robust infrastructure modernization.

Previously, Philippe served as Group Head of IT at Apollo English in Vietnam, where he spearheaded a full-scale digital transformation across Southeast Asia, implementing ERP and LMS platforms and launching Vietnam's first mobile-integrated English learning app in the private education sector.

Earlier in his career, Philippe spent a decade at eBay International AG, where he held the role of Senior Manager of IT Services for EMEA. There, he led regional IT strategy, oversaw high-impact M&A integrations including PayPal and Skype, and delivered enterprise-scale technology infrastructure supporting eBay’s rapid European expansion.

Philippe also held senior leadership roles at Education First, Silicon Graphics, and MDL Information Systems, where he consistently led global teams through complex transitions, technical overhauls, and innovation-driven growth.

In parallel with his corporate career, Philippe is the founder of TheMindEyes.ch, a personal development initiative in Switzerland, where he is pursuing certifications in Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to further integrate technology, wellness, and human potential.

Fluent in French and English, Philippe holds a diploma in Programming and Program Analysis, a federal degree in Laboratory Technology, and executive education credentials from INSEAD and BRMI. He is certified as an ITIL Expert and is passionate about leadership development, cybersecurity, cloud innovation, and aligning IT with strategic business growth.
