With a career spanning multiple global corporations, Christian has held several senior leadership roles, shaping the HR landscape in major industries. He was the Global Vice President of Human Resources for Manufacturing & Quality and the International Division at Integra LifeSciences, where he played a pivotal role in talent development, workforce optimization, and global HR strategy alignment. Prior to that, he served as Head of HR & Communication for EMEA at Cardinal Health, overseeing human capital initiatives and corporate communications across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, as Vice President of Human Resources International at The Medicines Company, he was instrumental in expanding HR functions globally, enhancing leadership development programs, and fostering organizational transformation.
