Alexis Owtscharov is a senior finance executive with extensive international experience, having served as CFO, Deputy CEO, Controller, and in senior leadership roles across Credit, Geopolitical and Enterprise Risk, Treasury, Capital Markets, and M&A. His industry exposure spans Industrial Technology, Automation, Electronics, Infrastructure, Robotics, E-mobility, Services, Software, and Education across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

He is a trusted advisor to boards, executive leadership teams, investors, and regulatory bodies, recognized for combining strategic vision with operational rigor and AI-enabled execution. Since January 2024, Alexis has also been active as an angel investor and strategic advisor, supporting entrepreneurial ventures and growth-oriented organizations.

Alexis holds a PhD (Dr. oec.) from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School, Paris. He works fluently in English and French and is a native speaker of German and Bulgarian. In addition to his corporate career, he maintains a strong personal and professional interest in secondary and tertiary education and has actively supported students in their academic development.
