Leticia Peró Gala
Researcher
Leticia, born in 1996 in Spain, developed a passion for understanding diverse cultures, histories, and global dynamics from an early age. Her academic path began at Pompeu Fabra University, where she graduated with a degree in Humanities in 2017. Her studies, which included literature, philosophy, art, and history with a specialisation in Art History, laid a solid foundation for her interest in international affairs and cultural studies.
During her university years, Leticia undertook a pivotal volunteering experience in Palestine in 2017, which profoundly impacted her worldview. Inspired by this experience, she decided to further her education in the field of international relations. She pursued a master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Public Service at CEI International Affairs, followed by a second master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Organisations at the University of Barcelona. These studies allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of global governance, diplomacy, and conflict resolution. Driven by her desire to contribute meaningfully to the understanding of complex regional issues, Leticia returned to the Middle East to conduct on-the-ground research into the political and socioeconomic realities in the region. Her field experiences further enriched her academic pursuits and commitment to promoting dialogue and understanding. Currently, Leticia works as a researcher at Arcadia, where she contributes to the academic field through detailed qualitative and quantitative studies. Her research primarily focuses on the dynamics of global conflicts and international relations, particularly in the Middle East. Leticia's work aims to provide nuanced insights that support informed dialogue and foster greater cultural and geopolitical understanding.
Passionate about contributing to positive change, Leticia remains dedicated to using her skills as a researcher to shed light on pressing issues and advocate for sustainable solutions through her work.
