About the Role
As a Management Trainee on the Recruitment Path, you will receive ongoing training and practical experience in HR and recruitment processes. This includes observing and participating in candidate interviews, learning to screen candidates effectively, posting job ads, and preparing professional HR reports. This immersive program is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of recruitment best practices and prepare you for higher-level responsibilities in human resources.

About the Program
Arcadia’s Management Trainee Program – Recruitment Path is tailored for individuals who are passionate about human resources and recruitment. This program offers a structured learning experience designed to prepare you for an associate-level role in HR and Talent Acquisition. Over the course of a year, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, from job postings to professional reporting, while receiving guidance and mentorship from seasoned HR officers and specialists.

Key Responsibilities


During the program, you will:


  • Post Job Ads: Draft and publish job advertisements on platforms such as LinkedIn and others, ensuring they align with Arcadia's recruitment goals and brand.

  • Candidate Screening: Learn and apply techniques to screen candidates for various roles, gaining insights into evaluating resumes and applications effectively.

  • Interview Observations: Attend bi-weekly interviews to gain firsthand experience of the interview process, observing how higher-level HR professionals assess candidates.

  • Professional HR Reporting: Develop and submit comprehensive interview reports, summarizing key observations and learnings from the sessions.

  • Ongoing Training: Participate in year-long training sessions to build expertise in recruitment, HR practices, and professional communication.

  • Collaboration with Mentors: Work closely with experienced HR officers and specialists to learn best practices and receive constructive feedback.

  • Diversity and Inclusion: Gain exposure to a diverse and international candidate pool, learning to navigate cultural sensitivities and promote inclusivity in recruitment practices.

We welcome:

  • Bachelor’s graduates with internship experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields.

  • Fresh master’s graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.


Core/Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (with relevant internship experience) or a master’s degree in a related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • An interest in developing HR skills and a passion for diversity and inclusion.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.

  • Ability to dedicate 8–10 hours per week to program activities.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a multicultural environment.


Preferred Additional Qualifications

  1. Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment.

  2. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR principles.

  3. Eagerness to develop professional reporting and data analysis skills.

  4. Interest in working with diverse teams and candidates from around the world.
