Born in 1997, in Argentina, Victoria is a flexible and friendly psychologist who enjoys her residency in Dublin.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she cultivated a diverse set of skills through experiences in both clinical and organizational settings.

Following her academic pursuits, Victoria gained valuable clinical experience working with children with autism. Afterwards she transitioned to a strategic role at PwC Argentina, specializing in talent acquisition as a semi-senior recruiter. Her time there allowed her to cultivate a deep understanding of organizational behavior and refine her skills in identifying and attracting high-potential candidates. Victoria was particularly interested in leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance the recruitment process and identify the best-fit candidates.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Victoria relocated to Dublin to broaden her perspective and improve her language skills. With her diverse background in clinical psychology, organizational behavior, and international experience, she aims to leverage her expertise to help individuals and organizations thrive.
