Rusudan Surguladze

HR Recruitment Officer

Rusudan was born in 1998 in Georgia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and
Master’s degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University. She started her career at Villa
de Luxe Bakuriani as a Human resources manager and has since worked with
organizations focused on social work and psychological support such as Streetwork
Gabriel Karviná and Camillian's Rehabilitation Center in Georgia. Rusudan excels in
developing and implementing individualized plans tailored to the specific needs of each
individual she works with and has an ability to evaluate and select candidates for positions
within the organization.

Rusudan is deeply committed to making a difference in the community and has played an
important role in promoting social and cultural inclusion in various organizations. Her
international experiences, including living in Czech Republic and traveling, have reinforced
her sense of independence and appreciation for cultural differences. Her interest in
psychology brings joy through aiding others in achieving higher quality of life. She has tried
herself in social work which included consulting clients for various needs such as hospital
visits, rehab center coordination, psychological assistance, and organizing training sessions,
events and materials for them. Now she is working as a cognitive psychotherapist which
includes conducting assessments to understand the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral
needs of the clients.

As a result of Rusudan’s educational and working experiences, she joined Arcadia as a
Human Resources Recruitment Officer in June 2024. She draws inspiration from the
diversity and inclusiveness. Arcadia’s mission fuels her curiosity and gives her an ability for
personal and professional growth. Rusudan is deeply committed to organizational values
and believes in free and accessible education for everyone.
