Natalia Panagiota Dimitriadi

HR Recruitment Officer

Born in Greece in 1999, Natalie is an Msc student in Human Resource Management, and she holds an Integrated Master's degree in Agricultural Economics and an Msc in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development. Along with her studies, she would gain experience working in multiple roles, in customer service, in the Food and Beverage sector and in Digital Marketing, as she is certified in Digital and Social Media Marketing. One of the best experiences in her life was her Erasmus+ studies' period in Prague, where she realised how much she enjoys participating on international projects, and meeting people from all over the world.

Her favorite part of her volunteering in Arcadia, is communicating with people, conducting interviews and getting to know what are the motives behind people's career choices.
In the future, Natalie wishes to be able to express her ideas and creativity, by being part of "hands on" projects in the Human Resources department.
