Ece was born in 1999 in İzmir, Turkey. Her fascination with understanding the effects of emotions on people’s lives, the workings of the mind, and the complexities of human behavior has been enduring. This passion for psychology led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in the field, with the goal of unraveling the intricate complexities of the human psyche. Upon completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology, she was captivated by the extensive scope of psychology and its profound implications across various domains. This realization deepened her interest in advancing her academic pursuits and exploring the field further.

Currently, Ece is pursuing a master's degree specializing in Clinical Psychology for individuals, families, and organizations. She is a dedicated psychology graduate who aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Her overarching objective is to utilize her expertise to effect positive change in both clinical and organizational settings. In addition to her academic endeavors, Ece has actively participated in research within the field of psychology. She has undertaken various internships and training, gaining valuable insights into psychological principles and methodologies.

Throughout her academic journey, Ece developed a keen interest in organizational psychology, which ultimately led her to join Arcadia as an HR Recruiter in October 2023. At Arcadia, she draws inspiration from the diversity around her, which fuels her personal growth and offers insights into various cultures.
