Nadiia Martseniuk, was born and raised in a little town at the western part of Ukraine. When she turned 17, she embarked on her journey through linguistics, specializing in Ukrainian language and literature, English language, exploring the intricacies of human expression through words.

At that time she started teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language. With over 2500 lessons delivered to students from a diverse spectrum of 40+ countries, Nadiia has been the bridge between languages, celebrating the beauty of Ukrainian. Her teaching journey is characterized by a commitment to inclusivity and fostering diversity.

Nadiia's insatiable curiosity led her to delve into psychology, a realm where she could uncover the mysteries of the human psyche and delve into the depths of our emotions. In 2022, she embarked on a new adventure, obtaining a postgraduate degree in Psychology and deciding to start her career in HR. Her mission transformed: to cultivate trust, unity, and respect among all stakeholders, both internal and external.

Now, as she steps into the world of HR at Arcadia, Nadiia brings her expertise, boundless enthusiasm for learning, and a pinch of vivacity to the mix. Her goal? To make HR an engaging and inspiring journey.
