Minayə Hüseynova
HR Assistant
Minaya Huseynova, born in 2000, is originally from Azerbaijan but based in Lithuania. She has been pursuing her career as an English teacher at Intellectus language school and previously other schools, such as TIME Academy and Celt Colleges, for five years after graduating from her bachelor’s studies in Translation at Azerbaijan University of Languages. Throughout her teaching career, she had an opportunity to teach Business English, IELTS, and General English to kids, which enabled her to easily communicate with people of different ages. However, her master’s studies in Educational Management at Vytautas Magnus University ignited her passion for improving employee experience, recruiting new talents, and organizing employee training. Currently transitioning into HR, she is actively expanding her expertise in talent acquisition, with immediate professional goals focused on mastering recruitment processes, and enhancing her ability to attract and retain top talent. Minaya is dedicated to becoming a skilled HR professional who can impact organizational success through innovative talent strategies. She intends to set herself apart with her strong communication and strategic thinking skills in the field of HR.
Besides, Minaya was actively engaged in university-related projects about the research methodology, such as the T4EU Mobility Week in Koper and Trieste, since one of her interest areas is to conduct interviews, analyze the obtained data, and reach conclusions. Those projects not only equipped her with field-related skills and knowledge but also with soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management.
Volunteering experience in different sports events as a ticketing team leader at EYOF2019 and UEFA2021 and as an IGV team leader at AIESEC helped expand her horizons in sports, enhancing her leadership skills, teamwork abilities, and cross-cultural understanding.
Driven by her passion for people and organizational development along with her unique blend of educational background, research experience, and global perspective, she is excited to bring her diverse skill set to the HR field.
