HR Communication Manager

Clinton Muga was born in 1996 in Thika, an industrial town located in Kenya, East Africa. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the People, an American-accredited university. Currently, he is on schedule to graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the People by the end of 2023.

Clinton is currently living in Nairobi, Kenya, and has an exhilarating multinational experience spanning remote consultancy as a Customer Service Associate and studying online as an undergraduate student. His ultimate goal is to contribute to the growth and success of an organization while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of HR functions such as recruitment & selection, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, etc. He is quite determined to identify the trending pattern in personnel management and operations in tight spaces effectively.

Clinton intends to pursue a Master’s degree abroad in the near future. In the meanwhile, he is dedicated to acquiring new knowledge and skills related to the practice of Human Resources Management. As an SDGs enthusiast, he is also passionate about Climate Action and is open to collaboration that would further advance his profound interest in Climate Justice. His other areas of interest include social entrepreneurship, international law, strategic management, and sustainable development.
