Alexandra Mistor

Alexandra Mistor, was born in 1989 in Arad, a city in Romania located at the border with Hungary. She holds a bachelor degree in Psychology and two Human Resources Specializations.

At University, she volunteered for the European Voluntary Service program as a mentor. Her main goal was to provide emotional support and aiding the foreign volunteers in acclimating to Romanian customs.
Post-graduation, she wanted to experience a different life and culture, so she moved to Montevideo, Uruguay, where she lived for approximately 5 years. Here, she delved deep into the corporate realm, gaining insights into multinational company dynamics.

In 2017, she returned to her home city in Romania and by 2018, she played a pivotal role in an American company as a buyer and material planner. The onset of 2020 saw her embracing maternity, dedicating over three years to familial commitments. Reconnecting with her passion for HR, during this period, she participated in two limited recruitment projects, further enhancing her skills in recruitment. Alexandra's diverse professional journey has equipped her with multifaceted business insights. Her expertise extends beyond simple job descriptions, allowing her to understand the detailed requirements of roles she recruits for. Passionate about self-development, coaching, talent sourcing and recruitment, she enjoys assisting individuals refine their resumes and master interview techniques.

In her future endeavors, Alexandra eyes a Master's from a top-tier university in Business Administration or Human Resources.
