Ömer Murat Erdoğan

HR Assistant

Ömer Murat Erdoğan is a committed Human Resources Communications Assistant with a solid academic background in psychology and sociology. Originally from Turkey, he pursued a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology at Koç University, where he cultivated a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, interpersonal communication, and organizational culture. Driven by a passion for people-centric work and meaningful engagement, he furthered his studies in the Netherlands, earning a Master of Science in Clinical
Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.


Murat brings hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, candidate evaluation, onboarding, and employee relations. He is particularly focused on fostering inclusive, collaborative,
and communication-driven workplaces. His approach emphasizes empathy, active listening, and relationship-building across diverse teams.


In addition to his HR career, Murat has been involved in academic research and peer mentorship programs, supporting student development and academic achievement. He has also worked on accessibility initiatives,
particularly within the deaf community, through sign language and mentorship efforts—reflecting his ongoing commitment to inclusive and social impact.


Currently based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Murat is fluent in Turkish and English and is continuously advancing his Dutch language skills. His adaptability, communication skills, and dedication to fostering inclusive work environments make him a valuable asset in organizational development and internal communications.
