Deniz Oktürk

Deniz Oktürk, is from Bodrum, Turkey. She has a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Bilkent University and she is working as Editorial Project Manager.

Deniz’s passion for reading started with reading science magazines as a little kid. When her grandmother introduced Mina Urgan’s books to her in middle school, she knew she wanted to be involved with English Literature. Her interest in various areas along with English Literature such as Philosophy, Psychology, Anthropology, Science, Translation, Sociology, and Art led her to take classes about these subjects at University. Her goal is to be always curious and play a part in the process of helping people achieve information. Beginning her journey at Arcadia in February 2022, she is now continuing to learn and evolve as the Editor in Chief.
