Vanessa Serrano

HR Assistant

Vanessa Serrano was born in Valencia, Spain, in 1996. She studied psychology at the University of Valencia and at the Waterford Institute of Technology (Ireland). Afterwards, she specialized in criminology, forensic psychology, and animal-assisted therapy (AAT).

Vanessa traveled to South America to volunteer. She taught sexual education, equality, and English in a poor community in Colombia and to an indigenous tribe of the equatorial Amazon.

In 2020, she started working in transport logistics in Valencia. There, she had the opportunity to do some HR tasks, such as recruitment and monthly reports, and she got interested in this field.

In 2022, she moved to Switzerland, where she worked on the educational sector.

Currently, she wants to learn more about human resources management in order to continue her career.

She really thinks that you have to try several ways in order to know which one you do want to follow. Courage, passion, and an open mind are her key words for personal success.
