Her passion for people development motivated her to pursue a degree in Psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology. Currently ongoing a Post-HBO in HR Management and Organizational Psychology, she seamlessly integrates her psychological insights
with HR strategies to foster individual and organizational growth.

In 2020, Steph relocated to the Netherlands, transitioning to remote work as a Psychologist and gaining valuable international experience in the People pillar. Her work in an HR agency sharpened her skills in talent acquisition and employee engagement, while her role at a multinational FMCG company allowed her to lead
Learning & Development initiatives, enhancing the professional skills of over 300 individuals. This diverse background showcases her adaptability and commitment to excellence in HR and talent development.

As the Human Resources Training and Development Associate Manager at Arcadia, Steph leads a team of HR Consultants and shapes the department’s strategic direction. She manages on-boarding programs, oversees training initiatives, and identifies development opportunities to enhance departmental effectiveness, ensuring that Arcadia’s HR framework is legally sound and aligned with the organization’s mission.
