Frida Sampiano
HR Consultant
Frida, an accomplished HR professional, was born in 1987, in Manila, Philippines, and is currently
based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences
with a major in Social Anthropology and a minor in Political Science. At the University of the
Philippines, she distinguished herself as a student leader and volunteer mentor. Her early
dedication to people, culture, and communities naturally steered her towards a career in HR
within the banking industry.
Driven by her curiosity and commitment to mastering the full spectrum of HR, Frida took on
multiple projects beyond her initial role as an HR Officer. She expertly managed Benefits,
Employee Engagement, Occupational Safety and Health, and Corporate Social
Responsibility programs, honing her administrative, leadership, management, and strategic
skills.
Taking her passion to new heights, Frida joined a startup fintech company as an HR
Manager, where she built comprehensive HR processes covering the entire employee
life-cycle. Her initiatives significantly enhanced employee experience, offering diverse
benefits, career advancement opportunities, and an engaging reward system. Frida has a
keen focus on fostering a culture of communication, compliance, and collaboration in the
workplace. She champions diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, prioritizing employee
well-being and strengthening management-employee relationships.
As Frida embarks on a new chapter in Dubai, she is eager to create another breakthrough
in HR, considering the city's multicultural landscape, labor laws, and work ethics. Her goal
extends beyond corporate achievements to include profound humanitarian service. Joining
