Elif Ayık, born in Turkey in 1997, completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Dokuz Eylül University. Following her graduation, she dedicated a year to volunteering in a social work project in Lithuania. Upon returning to Turkey, she continued her voluntary work in civil society before transitioning to a full-time role as a Project Coordinator at a youth association. Subsequently, she served as a School Psychologist.Currently, Elif is pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology in Bergamo, Italy, where she is also enriching her knowledge in Organizational Psychology. Her diverse career path has honed her soft skills, broadened her perspective, and deepened her understanding of human behavior and communication.Passionate about human behavior, relationships, and communication, she is committed to advancing her career in the field of Human Resources.
