Manuela Jaramillo Merizalde was born in 1991 in Medellin, Colombia. From a very young age she combined her studies with her three great passions, books, history and horseback riding.
She completed her university studies in Social Communication and Photography. During this time, she had the opportunity to write chronicles and articles, which allowed her to combine her passion for books with writing.
At the end of her studies she moved to Italy, where she currently works in the world of graphic design and marketing, managing different communication projects. She continues to write articles on social issues, such as: violence against women, immigrant issues, freedom of expression, femicide. Her goal is always to give a voice to the voiceless through her writings. In her free time, she shares with her son and her husband and some days a week she practices dressage.
