Madison Goode was born in 1999 in North Carolina, United States. As a high school senior taking her first psychology course, she discovered a lens to better understand herself and others, and her love for the subject has persisted ever since. She was captain of her varsity soccer team and graduated as valedictorian of her class in 2018.
She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studied psychology, international politics, economics, and Russian. During this time, she was a research assistant for clinical and social psychology labs. In 2021, she graduated with the highest distinction and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics.
Presently, she is a human resources professional and writer. She is especially interested in areas of social psychology, such as interpersonal relationships and group behavior. In her free time, Madison enjoys playing soccer, reading, playing drums, and spending time with her dog, Suki.
