Anny Polyzogopoulou

Anny Polyzogopoulou was born in Athens, Greece in 1995. She is a BA graduate in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has also acquired the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge. Her interest in English writing flourished during her studies, as she was enabled to develop her writing skills and become functional in conducting academic research on the gothic genre.

After graduation, she moved to the Netherlands to pursue a MA Degree in Arts and Culture, with a specialization in Cultural Tourism. There, she developed a fascination for brand storytelling, the photographic gaze, and the visual culture. As a self-confessed xenophile, her eagerness to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds compelled her recently to seek international experiences in France, Poland, and Germany, where she has been working as an English Instructor. She aspires to pursue a career in an international firm as a Content Writer/ Copywriter.

She is constantly exploring her creative side by attending various international training workshops focused on illustration and the visual arts. In her free time, she loves painting, playing the guitar, and blogging on topics related to Dark Academia.
