Misael Méndez

Misael Méndez is an illustrator from Mérida, Yucatán. Being the first graphic designer in his family, it was quite a challenge to convince everyone that it was possible to make a living from art. From a young age, he discovered his love for drawing and he knew that it was what he wanted to dedicate himself to. Little did he imagine the incredible journey it would take him on.

He started showcasing his work when he joined an animation studio. It was there that he discovered the boundless possibilities offered by the world of digital art. With his skills and talent, he decided to share what he knew at that time, creating a community that supported him and grew alongside him.

As time went on, he realized that daily practice was key to improving his technique and gaining a deeper understanding of digital illustration. He learned to handle various materials and lights, which allowed him to bring a higher level of professionalism to his projects.
