Luisa Forestali was born in Italy, where she graduated with honors in Economics and
International Marketing from the Università Politecnica delle Marche in 1997.
Her career began in sales and forecast planning at premium luxury brands in Italy and
Germany, and continued in marketing and strategy with prestigious leading brands in the
cosmetic and food industries. She currently holds the Head of Marketing position at a top
player in the amusement and entertainment industry in an international environment. Over
the past twenty years, she has consistently excelled in pioneering omnichannel campaigns
and exploring new frontiers of digital marketing.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Luisa Forestali is an ardent lover of classical
music, sports, and theater. She is committed to fostering a multicultural work environment
and improving the academic background of the team she leads. Her priorities are
anchored in advancing ESG goals and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Luisa Forestali recently achieved the highest grade, ‘Distinction,’ in several executive
programs offered by the globally renowned Saïd Business School of the University of
Oxford, including Digital Marketing and Climate Emergency. Her dedication to continuous
