Ksenia Maggi

Associate Researcher

Ksenia Maggi, born in 1997 in Turin (Italy), is a dedicated researcher with a diverse academic and professional background. She speaks four languages: Italian, Russian, English and Spanish. Ksenia holds indeed a Bachelor's degree in Science of Linguistic Mediation from the University of Turin and a Master of Science's degree in International Conflict and Cooperation from the University of Stirling in the UK. Currently, she is pursuing a first Level Master's degree in Data Analytics. Furthermore, Ksenia has previous work experience as a translator and interpreter for various fairs, exhibitions, and conferences focused on textiles and mitochondrial health. She also worked in international contexts as fundraiser for UNICEF, ActionAid and Amnesty International. Last but not the least Ksenia interned at the United Nations Department of Safety and Security New York Headquarter as Policy Officer for the Equality and Disability Inclusion Unit. Her MSc thesis focused on the gaps in feminism, particularly regarding backlash and stereotypes in international nuclear Track I Diplomacy and Negotiations. For her current thesis, she is conducting an analytical study of UNICEF’s interventions to combat child malnutrition in Yemen, with forecasts for 2025 and 2030.
