Crystal Zheng

Crystal Zheng is currently located in Toronto, Canada. As a passionate legal professional,  she is always willing to help others with legal issues and conduct searches.

Crystal has experience working with various Canadian law firms (e.g., multinational firms) and consulting companies. Her past and current practice areas involve the following: commercial real estate, corporations, financial transactions, and immigration. Her main duties include: generating and drafting legal documents, conducting legal searches, flagging legal issues, creating corporate documents and minute books, filing registrations, preparing final reports and closing books, data tracking and management, and assisting with files from start to finish.

Crystal is a Certified Law Clerk with the Province of Ontario. She also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional Certificate (CIPP/C). Besides Crystal’s full time career, she continues her journey with law by pursuing a L.L.M. degree with the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in business law, regulatory compliance, privacy law and cybersecurity.

On her own time, she likes swimming, biking and badminton. Her next sports goal is to be decent at tennis and snowboarding! Crystal also likes watching movies and is a big foodie!
