Andrea Terra

Andrea Terra, possesses a strong academic and professional background in law, having obtained her undergraduate degree in Law from the prestigious University of São Paulo, Brazil, and her M.Sc in Intellectual Property and Information Society from the University of Lisbon, Portugal. With her dual citizenship of Brazilian and Italian, Andrea has acquired a comprehensive understanding of the legal systems of both countries.

Having worked extensively in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law private practice, Andrea has gained significant experience in this field. Presently, she is pursuing her LLM - Master of Laws in Compliance at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. This program has broadened her legal knowledge in several areas, including Business Ethics, ESG, Swiss banking compliance, AML/KYC processes, and risk management. In Switzerland, Andrea has worked as an "ad hoc" lawyer, compliance and legal document reviewer for a leading Swiss bank, which has further enhanced her expertise in banking compliance regulations. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, has equipped her with a strong foundation to excel in the field of law and compliance.

Andrea is also an enthusiastic adventurer and enjoys engaging in various physical activities such as hiking, playing futsal, and cycling.
