
Zana Imamović Salčinović

Zana Imamović-Salčinović was born in April 1986 in Zenica, Bosnia&Herzegovina. She received her master's degree from the Department of Psychology at the University of Sarajevo in 2011 and has completed professional education as a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. For the past seven years, she has been engaged in clinical practice at the Center for Mental Rehabilitation of the Public Institution which is part of Health Center Zenica. There every day she has the opportunity to do psychological processing and assessment of working capacity, capacity for a driver's license, to own and carry a firearm, and assessments of intellectual abilities, dimensions personality, psychodiagnosis of psychopathology. She participated in many professional meetings, seminars and trainings, which were an important link for her professional development.
She believes that is time to add value of her previously experience to the recruitment processes and is glad to be part of Arcadia team because her interests have always been primarily in organizational psychology and human resource management, and she believes that in our team and the working climate that we offer, she could progress professionally and improve herself. She gives importance to everything the candidate has to say during the interview, as well as to the collection of relevant anamnestic data, respecting individual and cultural differences and needs.
In her work so far, she have proven to be a professional, reliable and responsible worker, with well-developed skills of active listening, communication, organization, empathy and powers of observation.
