Born in Greece, in 1995, Theofania is a psychologist, an explorer of the human mind and its
complexity. With a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Applied Cognitive Psychology,
Theofania is driven by a passion to understand the “how” and “why” behind human
behavior. Her career spans through diverse roles, honing her skills on research,
entrepreneurship, leadership and HR. She believes that creativity and continuous
education are pivotal in driving innovation and success within any organisation. Her
leadership style is characterized by empathy, open communication, and a relentless
pursuit of excellence.

Theofania is currently working as a recruiter and she recently started her own life coach
practice. She excels in creating environments where teams can thrive and grow.
Whether leading a team, managing HR functions, or coaching individuals, Theofania’s
approach is centered around fostering a culture of inclusiveness, development, and mutual
respect. What sparks her energy is helping people explore their fullest potential both on
a professional and personal level. She believes that each individual has immense
unexploited strengths within them, and she is all about understanding and nurturing them.
Her ultimate goal is to make a difference in the world by first making a difference in the
people around her.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Theofania is a lover of art, as she loves to
experiment with different formats of art, like painting, crafts and clay. Her favorite
hobby is collecting books. She is currently learning to play the lyre and occasionally she
DJs. What occupies most of her personal time is learning about self-development,
through psychology, spirituality and science.
