Túlio Fernandes was born in São Paulo, Brazil. When he was 16, he finished high school in the USA, and since then he has become passionate about traveling. After coming back from the States, he moved to Portugal and studied for a degree in International Relations. In the meantime, he used to volunteer abroad during the summer to keep his hobby going.

In 2017, he went on an exchange programme to Spain, Erasmus, and fell in love with the country. Therefore, he moved to Spain and worked in different areas: in an office, as a Portuguese teacher, or even as a flight attendant. 

Last year, Túlio started to study for a master's degree in International Business Management at the University of Pablo de Olavide in Seville, and he really enjoyed the HR subjects and found out a field of interest he didn't have before. Besides, at the moment he is finishing his master's and writing his thesis about "Challenges in managing people in multicultural environments", meanwhile he works for easyJet as a Cabin Crew in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

In the future, he desires to gain experience in HR and find an online job that gives him the opportunity to live half a year in Brazil and travel the rest of the time and live in different places.
