Stella Mandalianou

HR Communication Officer

Stella Mandalianou was born in 1999 in Thessaloniki, Greece. From a young age, she developed a strong interest in education and pedagogy, inspired by the transformative power of learning on young minds. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education at the University of Ioannina, from which she graduated in 2021 as a kindergarten teacher.

Determined to expand her expertise and delve deeper into the field of educational administration, she completed a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Lifelong Learning at the University of Macedonia in 2024. During her postgraduate studies, she realized the importance of combining pedagogical knowledge with administrative skills to enhance and innovate the educational process.

After completing her studies, Stella worked as a Director at a Center for Creative Learning Activities , where she was responsible for managing the center's daily operations. She oversaw the design of creative programs and activities aimed at fostering teamwork, learning, and the social development of children. Additionally, she supervised the staff, ensuring ongoing professional development while maintaining high standards and compliance with regulations.


Currently, Stella is very active in the field of adult education and human resources. Her vision is centered on promoting lifelong learning, with a firm belief that education is a continuous journey. She aims to contribute to the creation of programs that enhance the skills of adult learners and support their personal and professional growth. Through the HR field, she seeks to empower businesses by developing environments that foster productivity and development for the employees.
