Panagiota Kaltsidou was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. She has a Bachelor Degree in Italian Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has worked as a Translator and Office Administrator for Italian companies based in Greece, as well as in Sales, supporting the Italian market. She has also worked for many years as a Customer Support Specialist in Italian language, providing the best Customer's Experience and increasing Customer’s loyalty and retention. Working in this field in multinational companies, made her more human oriented and has developed her problem solving and soft skills.
She has a Master in Human Resources and Organization from Rome Business School and aims to help both Candidates and Companies by providing the most adequate solutions, targeting to the best Employee Experience.
In her free time loves going out with her dog, loves nature and art and enjoys a lot reading.
