Nikoleta is coming from Serbia, where she graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at the
University of Nis, at the Department of Pedagogy. Currently living in Madrid, Spain where
she is looking for an opportunity with the company that will recognize her potential and
enable to progress and develop as a professional in human resources.

She has more than 5 years of experience in the field of education, where she recognized,
through a very broad job description, that HR is her area of interest and that she would like
to develop her career in that direction. She believes that team spirit, and a healthy working
environment are very important for the development of any company, and the achievement
of even the highest goals. The opportunity at Arcadia will help her to improve her
knowledge and gain work experience, so that she can further develop and perfect herself in
the field of HR.

She believes that it is very important to constantly work on perfecting ones qualities and is
currently trying to improve her German language skills. Nikoleta is spending her free time with family and friends, but she also enjoys traveling
and decorating space.
