Maria Pardali, was born in 2000 and studied Public Administration at Panteion University in Athens, Greece. During her first year of studies she realized that the Human Factor in the professional environment is her passion. For the past 4 years, Maria was a member & a President in AIESEC, and she had multiple roles inside the Organization. Apart from that, she had a specialization in Organizational Psychology & Behavior, in the National Kapodistrian University of Athens. She truly believes that people are the key to success for a company, and that's why she thinks that we need to invest in the whole HR Funnel.

In order to improve her skills, she is working as a Talent Community Coordinator in an international company, in the AI Field.
