Magda Tabeshadze was born in Georgia in 1993 and studied social sciences at Tbilisi State University in Tbilisi, Georgia. During her studies, for MBA in organizational development and consulting, she realized that she was very interested in Human Resources. Now she is working as an Hr recruiter in the biggest pharmaceutical company in the region and always trying to improve her professional skills. She thinks that, this volunteership will be a new challenge and opportunity for her.
